1. Processing & Fulfillment

• Standard Shipments: All standard orders are processed and shipped within three (3) business days following the date of confirmed payment.
• Payment Confirmation: Fulfillment timelines begin only once payment has fully cleared our system.

2. Shipping Security & Methods

• Discreet Packaging: All orders are shipped in secure, non-descript packaging.
• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
• Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a secure and accurate shipping address. Five Star Silver is not responsible for deliveries to incorrectly provided addresses.
